People on discord are saying that it's a video of Tyler raping Ashley, but I am skeptical.
1. How do we know it is Tyler in the video? I don't see his face. Maybe someone with time on their hands can match pants/color of sheets.
2. How is this a video of rape? She looks sleepy (or drugged out) but nothing about this says "rape" to me. More context is needed.
Liu mentioned Mumkey fucking her while she was unconscious at one point, but she said she didn't consider it rape, so I guess it isn't rape?
The fact he filmed himself quasi-raping her and then distributed it to enough people for it to be leaked adds a whole new dimension of fucked up to this situation.
The blurring at the end was added to the video after it was taken, you can tell it was post-processed because the video edge bleeds onto the black bars. Very, very sus tbh. Who sent you this, Null? Because they're hiding something.

Good oservation, my money would be if anyone is hiding anything it would be a point where the camera shows the face of the recorder.
It might be possible that Mumkey edited that part out himself or this was someone else who was doing the act and whoever edited it out wanted to play into the story that Mumkey fucked Liu whiles she was passed/passing out.

Which hard drugs? Ive always been curious what theyve actually been up to. Pot and psychedelics are not hard drugs. Benzos arent really either, she kinda looks like she could be nodding though, on benzos or something else.

i'm no lawyer, but it seems like something the state could go after; after all whether or not she consented after the fact doesn't change the fact that she doesn't seem capable, in her state, to consent to being videotaped while being fucked while in a drugged state.
but again, not a lawyer, just a somewhat opinionated take on consent and justice.
