Mumsnet - the number one site for overprotective mothers, made by overprotective mothers!

  • Apologies for the site issues. The server's shipment was delayed. I'll ask again about it and if they can't provide it I'll source another.

Mumsnetters have a point on trans people (I don't go to the extremely radical point on transgender where I think all trans people are pedophiles or whatever), but Mumsnetters can get pretty menopausal at times, almost projectile if you don't agree with what they say.

I do agree that transgenderism is becoming a trend at this point, though I do think it's a real but fairly rare (like 0.1-0.3% diagnosis rate) thing. I'll give Mumsnet that.

I find the amount of husbands they have that use hookers, amazing. Just google mumsnet adultwork (uk hooker site) and you get pages of threads. Always the same thing with them asking what they should do, honestly feels like they are acting in the same way cucks do reading the threads.

I'm actually shocked Mumsnet didn't already have a thread.

In my experience, just about anywhere that frequently uses those DD/DS/DH acronyms tends to have a high population of women who are strangely disconnected from everyone around them. They speak about their own spouses and children as though they're some sort of alien life forms they have no hope of ever understanding. Like, you live with these people don't you? Don't you ever, oh I don't know, talk to them about things? They're like the pupal form of the posters on estranged parent forums, who have no idea of why their children want nothing to do with them.

That said, I think it's awesome that some of them come over here for dirt on troons. Share some stories, please, I know you've seen some crazy shit in the wild.

I don't know, is there anything amusing about the staff or certain populations, for instance? Screencapping singular exceptional posts can be done on any site, god knows if you screencapped A&H and Deep Thoughts exclusively Kiwi Farms would be the most embarrassing site on the internet.
Not hugely. The mods are alright in my experience.
I got banned when the tranny rules came in for calling someone a bloke, before that I’ve been on almost since it started and it’s just like anywhere really - most people fine, some loons. Sometimes it makes me laugh (classics on chat is brilliant, well worth a look through) and sometimes it’s depressing (cheating and beating.) like life, I guess.
A couple of times there’s been a mass leak of personal info, There was an intern called Emma who thought all the nasty mummies were transphobes and so leaked a load of data.
It does surprise me just how much a lot of the UK and US troons hate mumsnet. It must hit some very deep nerve for them amd it shows how much they hate women
There’s definitely some amusing one off screen caps but as a whole it’s just a bunch of mums chatting about woman stuff, breastfeeding, nappies, school issues etc. Maybe that’s why the troons hate it.
They have been trying to unmask certain posters as well - specifically those who have been active in trying to stop the various updates to the equality act. Remember in the uk you can lose your job for saying a man is a man. I clicked on this thread wondering if it would have some of those names and encouraging specific women to be doxed...

Well it is a site dedicated to the one thing that trannies can never have, a functional womb, so course it's X/X chromo-centrism drives them completely insane....

I still have no idea why people use terms like "DD", "DS", "DC", "DH", etc... "Dear X". Like, just type husband or spouse or whatever, you stupid ass. They're not that long of words

That's not LT enough. (LT is now short for 1337. Now everyone will know we're cool internet people)

EDIT: looking through their acronym list.

how the fuck are those two things related and why are they the same acronym?

also, why publish a list of all your site's slang in the first place? isn't that just inviting posers and trolls by the legion?
I mean I dont want those damn dirty Pakis teaching my kid algebra but idk if Im being OTT.

I have a feeling mumsnet users are the stereotypical wine moms at the park watching the neighborhood kids or something and they only know how to basically use their iPhone. As long as blood isnt being spilled, everything else is just kids playing and they can call up Karen and gossip or whatever.

Which I kinda feel like a dick for judging because it's basically, that's wage labor type of shit, and theyre basically doing wage labor.

Still no excuse to throw a glass at your husband and tell him never to come back to (presumably) his house because he went to xhamster or something. I can kind of understand why he wouldnt want to bother you when he gets horny.

And there he goes, off to wherever the popo put cripplingly autistic 20 year-old lolicons.
I lol'd (loli'd?) but when did the police start going after hentai? Hate to break it to you lady, but it probably wasn't some pure anime girl he was sharing.

Mumsnet are pretty big fans of the KF because they can find info about tranny predators here that they aren't allowed to post on their site because of scrutiny and harassment they get.
That's nice. Doesn't mean that some of the userbase are off their rockers.

Just like this one:
"My husband respects me having different sexual needs so he takes care of the problem himself by watching pornography; should I go straight to divorce, or just emotionally abuse him until he stops?"
That's utterly horrifying.
She doesn't communicate her distaste for his solution to his needs, by jumping straight to divorce or emotional abuse. This is step one to a really bad marriage, if it already wasn't one.
Life pro tip: communicate your needs and wants clearly to your husband or wife; no-one can read minds.
That doesn't mean to not do small things every now and then to show appreciation without being asked or told, though.
If anything, doing those small things means a lot, to men and women - it shows appreciation and that you care.
