I've seen quite a few people performing his stuff recently, he's been getting really popular for some reason. Though in all likelihood it's probably because of TikTok, whenever a relative niche artist skyrockets to popularity seemingly out of nowhere it's usually because somebody made a popular TikTok with one of their songs, just look at MGMT.

My personal recommendation for a whiskey bar is Colter Wall. I fucking love his stuff, his voice is incredibly unique, he is more of a modern-day Johnny Cash if that's what you're looking for.
