I don't watch TV very often and have been aware of this show for years but it wasn't until last week that I got my first introduction to it, the subject I watched I think is named John King (he appears around the 13 second mark of that preview), a person with no redeeming qualities. He ate himself to over 700lbs, and then proceeded to eat himself past 800lbs while in the middle of "dieting" for his prospective gastric bypass. His young daughter had to be removed from school so she and his feeder girlfriend could acts as full time caregivers to this massive waste of space. It almost felt like I was observing performance art, but this surreal caricature is very much a true to life portrait. Dialog that deserves to be highlighted was an exchange between he and his feeder, it was reasoned healthy food couldn't be had because they couldn't use the car so the best thing to do was order chinese food. King belligerently demanded fried rice, "You can't have rice, it's on the list." "IT'S FRIED!!!" "It's still rice." and then when a heaping plate of empty calories was laid across his vast breasts for consumption he screeched he wanted eggs rolls and had to be informed there were already two on his plate. lol how the fuck is this real life?
