She has no issue with her body, she adores it. She wouldn't dream of dressing the way she does or doing try on hauls if she didn't. Nobody who has low self esteem could act that way.
It's like when she moans about her anxiety but is so loud and obnoxious in public, again, nobody with an ounce of social anxiety would act like that. Drawing attention to yourself would be a terrifying thought.

Any time she mentions her anxiety and low self esteem, it's bullshit. She's incredibly confident, far more than she should be but she knows being humble and innocent is what most people prefer so she mimics it. Same with her supposed compassion, it's all mimicry.
