She sits right beside me and leans her weight into me, like she thinks she get closer if she pushes hard enough.

That. Running from threats. Sniffing things. Having fun.

I've seen dogs wag their tails while dreaming. Or whimper. I assume it's like a less complicated version of the way people dream.

She's a beagle, so likely chasing things.

There are quite a few foxes around here, so she loses her shit if she scents one.

I'm not even going to get into what happens when she sees one.

My dogs like to kill rabbits and play tug of war with the bodies. They work together and have a pretty decent kill count.
