A lot of them can be annoying, randomly bringing up their hate for MLP when it's completely irrelevant, like Bronies, but the difference is, anti-Bronies haven't created a whole subculture around hating Bronies, while Bronies have created a subculture that's probably a few years away from becoming a religion.

So does that mean there will be bronies who set up churches and temples in the name of Celestia and Twilight? Could that mean their own devil would be whatever writer from the show they hate or even the higher-ups from Hasbro who would rustle their jimmies just because of whatever reason there is?

If the anti-bronies had to be as rabid as bronies, they would have to go beyond the comments section of Youtube. They would have to have their own board. They would have to very, very, very spergy and A-Loggy, and they need to be as butt-hurt as bronies. One example would be an anti-brony who would act obnoxious around every brony, even if said bronies he came across were very against the adult fan-art and sperging of the fans. Another example would be an anti-brony trolling bronies only for the purpose of troll-shielding himself for being something such as a furry or mocking tbronies for having adult fan-art despite the anti-brony having, say adult furry art work. Even if the most rabid of anti-bronies exist, it would probably be like finding a needle in one huge haystack.
