With the way the world is going, I would often think what would I do differently if I was in charge. For simplicity sake, focus on the United States. Here's my utopia:

• Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, Norma Shearer's birthdays are national holidays.
• Gun laws a la Texas.
• Cities like Chicago, Seattle, Camden, Philly, Minneapolis, etc. Their local government would be prosectued under the fullest extent of the law. Never allowed to lead again.
• A tough, but fair criminal justice system. You should NOT be able to have a laundry list of mid to serious offenses and still be walking.
• False accusations should carry the same offense as the guilty.
• Critical race theory is unconstitutional.
• If you riot, you lose your citizenship. Results may vary.
• All government figures are public information.

I would like Section 230 to be reformed, NOT repealed. You cannot say you are a "private company" while be inconsistent with your moderation. I understand having rules and regulations. There's nothing wrong with that. But have some consistency.

Net neutrality would be protected. Service providers having free reign to throttle your Internet or issue data caps is bullshit. And have some competition between providers. Some places only have ONE Internet provider.
