My schools pedo security guard - What to do?

Hey kiwis, this is my first post and didn't really know where to put this. It also maybe my only post to this website but there is no other place besides 4chan or 8chan to post this to.

My school recently got a new security guard and he's a straight up lolcow and pedo.

That's his Instagram, nothing too bad on there but just posts of him being the lolcow he is.

He's been purposely dress coding girls and watching them change their clothes even stopping them mid-way through to get them to shoe more cleavage and tons of other gross shit, including dming underage girls.

I have yet to get screenshots of the dms between him and the girls but might be able to. I don't really know what to do in this situation but was hoping for advice. Tbh was hoping for a dox on the guy but idk. I don't think this pedo lolcow should be at a school full of underage kids.

A bit of a power level but that doesn’t always work. My school had a creepy pedo gym teacher that did a bunch of weird shit and never got into trouble for it. Parents complained and names were taken but still nothing. People can get away with way too much these days and the police can’t fix everything. Interesting cow though. I’m I excited for future lore.

I'd recommend putting together whatever you can neatly with as much detail as possible, read this thread and make a thread in the talk to staff board. That way everything can be verified and you won't have to waste time and energy trying to get one going in the proving grounds.
You may end up just having to keep people updated with posts in the personal lolcows thread though if he isn't a big enough clown.

Of course this is a "not your personal army sort of situation" but that doesn't prevent some good advice here is mine:

Go to the Police again but this time don't go alone, rally all the hordes of people that find him disgusting and creepy, you file with the police first, then go to your parents and bring all of ypur parents with you to the school. If you stir the pot lol that it doesn't matter wtf he does security is an extremely easy and replaceable job. He may seem like he is in a place of authority but I can 100% assure you school security is not a cop they have no legal authority over you other then what the school grants them. If you have a bunch of people getting the creeps from this guy then don't go to the internet autist illuminati go to actual authorities


TLDR:
1) Rally Troops

2) Collectively go to police

3) Collectively gather troops of parents

4) students and parents go to school and say "fire that fag or there will be hell to pay"
