"Fibro" symptoms and general sepsis/infection symptoms pretty heavily overlap. If Phil had any sort of self-awareness, he'd be hitting an ER up for blood cultures instead of posting stupidity.

It's always sad when a frustratingly debilitating disease like fibro strikes a physically active, healthy person who is in the prime of their life.
It's not that he has less than $200... it's that somehow he has $140 of credit at a tattoo shop. Which is sketch as fuck to me.
Glad to see he's soldiering on with "tattoo my palms like a fucking idiot", though. Can't wait to see how badly that ends.

I'm wondering exactly how he accomplished getting that "credit". Sketch as fuck, yeah, I don't see Phil providing anything of value to a decent tattoo shop. I wouldn't trust getting a "credit" tattoo anyway, just because you know the artist is going to be rushing it in order to move on to other, paying clients.
As for hand and foot tattoos, let me quote an expert:
