I'd say Red Wings this year.If you'd asked me 2 days ago I would have still been all in on Tampa. It depends what shape they get Stamkos back in... the injuries on that guy,.
It's gotta be Boston though huh? Fucking Boston.

When the backup goalies come off the bench to fight. Is there anything better than a Goalie fight?
Getting Lafreniere is wishful thinking, I know.Maaaan what chance does that team have at the lottery with Price and Weber at the back? That franchise is such a shit show!
I'm not even a huge hockey fan and I'm jonesing for a fix.ETA: not even a week without the biscuit and fuck this blows eh?
Haven't heard anything about him in a couple weeks. Sounds like things are going good for him.I wonder how Lindblom is doing. I know the last report was that his treatments were going as well as can be expected.
TFW people are scared of a Montreal Canadiens team that lost all four of their games to a historically bad Detroit Red Wings teamThe Flyers are going to the playoffs baybee

Oh I'm game for whatever happensThe Penguins always have the capability to fall over and die out of nowhere though, so the Habs need to keep the faith

>IginlaHere's your newly minted Hall of Fame members: (my short/hot takes in parenthesis)
Jarome Iginla (over rated, fourth black player in, basically POC Eric Lindros right down to the media needing to validate itself over their behavior toward the player during his career but instead doing it through the selection process.)
Ken Holland (the NHL version of Greg Popovich's GM run in the NBA.)
Marian Hossa (1st ballot may have been a bit much but I have very little to argue he shouldn't have made first ballot either so I'm fine with this.)
Kevin Lowe (Craig MacTavish is now on the clock since Gretsky's favorite defensive pillar is finally taken care of from the eighties, six total championships can't just be hand waived away no matter how talented your teammates are though.)
Kim St-Pierre (women's hockey, so, next.)
Doug Wilson (Overdue and the other side of the defensive pairing coin to Lowe's playing profile. An original expansion San Jose Shark who's been their GM for going on decades probably got enough inertia on his induction that way, but better late than never.)
So Alex Mogilny is now being criminally kept out of the Hall of Fame at this rate as he has a better point per game average than both Iginla and Hossa despite existing in more of the clutch and grab era than those two had to handle in their careers respectively. Both Sedin twins are eligiable on their first ballot in 2021 too so he's not getting in then either unless there's a change of heart in the voting block. Rod Brind'Amour is going to get in and should be in sooner rather than later now if there's any justice too. I'd go with Theo Fluery over Jeremy Roenick if I had to choose a third place finisher on the snub podium this year, but I'm biased towards championsips and against mass media relevance over the former, thus Roenick remains a tough sell for me based on that. However, I understand why he has a decent case for being unfairly excluded so far just on career totals and won't argue the point too much for those who wish to indulge it.
