I just know I haven't had this much fun watching the Avs since their offensive core was still Forsberg, Sakic, and Hejduk.
I like the draft. This draft seems like the latest in a long line to make HFBoards scouts look dumb. It seems full of high ceiling/moderately low floor players and half of them want to trade down to pick up a 2nd and a 4th, wheras reddit wants to trade the 7th overall pick to dump contacts and sign ???.

Well, the Habs had sweeped the Jets in four games and they wait for their next opponent, Colorado or Las Vegas.

Disagree on that. In their 4 years of franchise existence they've made the playoffs every year, final 4 twice and Stanley Cup Finals once. Everyone pissed on them for having a "historically bad expansion draft" and expected the lowest win total in expansion team history.
Meanwhile the Oilers have won 1 playoff series in the last 15 years, the Leafs; 20 years.
Disgusting. I can't cheer for either of these teams in the finals. I will now forget about the NHL again until the 2022 semi-finals.

Hard to said but if they're lucky as the Knights in their first season, that would be a miracle. And speaking of miracles, the Habs would be lucky if they win the next game against Tampa.
