I guess San Jose.
I was almost ready to close up shop on the season after the coaching change, since historically mid-season coaching changes in any sport is pretty much admitting the season is a wash and you're getting a head start on next year. It's definitely been a big surprise. I was doubtful it would end in game 5 last night because I knew San Jose would play aggressive and desperate on the road and they are too talented to be taken lightly if they're playing with their backs to the wall like that.
But it's still been a battle of goaltenders and Murray is the superior man in this series, can't really see the Pens somehow losing two more games with the way that kid plays.
I think it worked out pretty well for the Penguins the last time they did that. Now if only the Canadiens bothered to do that...

RIP Gordie Howe
Not surprising considering how old he was, but this just sucks. I'm glad the stem cell treatments he got allowed for him to have an improved quality of life in his last couple of years.
He was one of the toughest ever, and said to be one of the nicest as well. The guy was just fucking amazing.
Yeah, in full agreement with all of you guys, Howe was a god damn legend of the sport. Sucks that Ali and Howe died like this, not a good week for sports fans

I really did not expect Subban to be traded.
I was really hoping that they didn't, but who knows, maybe Subban was not a good locker-room influence? Anyhow, Shea Weber is still really good and it's absolutely comical/stupid that people are acting like this trade is a huge win for Nashville/big loss for Montreal
