One of the greatest currents in traditional Catholic and conservative Catholic circles over the past ~5 years (and especially the past 2) has been the active subversion by GOP and quasi counter new world order groups.

Traditional Catholicism generally speaking prior to the 2010s was pretty firmly contra-ZOG (cf Plot Against the Church by "Maurice Pinay" for example.) The general current of the laity, whether it was FSSP, ICKSP, SSPX, or even dedicated diocesan parishes, was that neo-liberalism is fundamentally wrong and the Tribe has incredible control over things.

Given that the SPLC and ADL have consistently registered "Traditional Catholicism" as the largest anti-Semitic hate group in the USA, there should be no surprise that some chose to try to subvert rather than directly engage.

Enter various grifter types who were backed by Opus Dei and have gone on to become near cult leaders for their online audiences. In the meanwhile, traditional Catholic media sources have significantly toned down discussion on controversial subjects like the tug of war between the Church and Jewish power. Instead, in some cases, these outlets have become almost absurd mouthpieces for Bannon/Trump/Mercer propaganda.

There is a clear tidal pull, which sadly is working, to draw people from a more authentic approach to what we believe is the greatest crisis in the Church since the Arian Heresy, and towards a sort of neo-neoconservative Catholicism. With a bit more incense, Latin, and nicer vestments, laity are led to become kind of fiefdom of the GOP and false opposition (like Trump and DeSantis.) Fr Altman is a good example of this: probably well meaning, but has gone to a wild degree of pro-GOP preaching instead of recognizing the bankruptcy of all electoral politics.

But where does Fuentes factor into this?

It is undeniable that there was some kind of concerted effort to rebrand odious grifters as "traditional Catholics." Fedentes did this most aggressively, but Sammy Davis Jr's twin Ali Akbar (whose stage name is "Ali Alexander), a known homosexual, temporarily rebranded as a traditional Catholic convert. "Prince Hubris" of course did this routine. Baked Alaska has done the same, although his is the most laughable as he has admitted it is just something he said as an act.

But why? In my view, the funding and direction provided by Opus Dei to create online parallel bishops in Taylor Marshall and Michael Voris is a similar initiative to the creation of a cadre of Zoomer freaks pretending to be Catholic. The particular goals differ however.

In the former case, they want to draw people away from recognizing that authentic Catholicism and Talmudic Judaism are completely opposed and to be a sincere Catholic means to reject the world, which is utterly dominated by this Judeo order and collaborators. Marshall will rant about Freemasons all day (90% of which are just White guys in the South having a social club and aren't even needed as a buffer by the powers that be any more), never mentioning that Freemasonry was basically Kabbalah set up in post-Crowmellian England. Indeed he will decry "anti-Semitism" and promote Holocaust idolatry.

In the latter situation (Nickers et al), I believe the goal is humiliation. Skinny fat 19 year old punks waving around our symbols while they do buttstuff and groom youngsters, all while they do not attend Mass nor know anything about basic Catholic belief/history/practice.

I know that this sounds tin foil tier, but it is not deniable that Opus Dei has provided funding for the people I mentioned (and is known to promote a sort of Judaized neoconservative faux Catholicism.) It is also not deniable that Mercer-backed Milo has been cultivating a traditional Catholic persona for years. For perhaps less than a million dollars, some of Trump's original Jewish billionaire backers would get a lot of return on investment if their pets humiliated the bulk of trad Catholics by tarring us with NF's garbage activities.

His fans frequently attack people for their age I've noticed. It's a very teenager immature mentality thing to do that many people use in online discourse. As a guy stuck in a telegram group with friends who have lurched super hard right, it is insane. I can't even mildly push back otherwise the narc (the fuentes of the group) loses his fucking mind. I've lost my only friends to posting unironically about ZOG, globohomo, covid conspiracies and the like but have stopped just short of QAnon. I don't even know these dudes anymore and its pretty soul crushing. I'm hoping to be there when they wake up but I fear their pride will get in the way (not that I would ever reject them)

He's just hyper aware of the fact that the perks of youth he's enjoyed so far will disappear once he's further into his 20s. There's novelty and there's a willingness for people to let things slide when it's a teenager saying the things he says. That disappears when it's someone who's clearly an adult saying those same things. Then he becomes just another guy who can be easily ignored or hit with much more effective hit pieces. There's no more risk of PR backfire when people stop and think "it's just a kid?" etc.

That isn't to say he's capable of thinking rationally about the consequences of this though. If he was then he would have reeled it in during the election and he would avoid trying to be provocative about things like the age of consent now. He could play it safe but his ego and his crippling fear of irrelevancy won't let him do it.
