He's admitted to specifically voting no on the removal of bars on gay marriage in Minnesota when it was put on the table. He says he almost always votes republican. He thinks trannies are insane, and has said it on stream. He doesn't think anybody but straight Christian couples should adopt. And he thinks people like good 'ol arthur shouldn't be in jail, just murdered.
(Ironically it is the the same position progressives like vaush have against perceived racists. difference is antifa has actually started attempting to carry it out. Killings of Aaron Danielson and Michael Reinoehl. Execution vs Murder would be a distinction without a difference at that point)
The fact is he pushed back a'little that night on the disgusting little lolicons in his audience. And they did everything from try to reason him into accepting the merits of baby rape erotica. To straight up talking about HIS children's genitalia! His righteous fury was justified. Trying to pretend you hold a position is just tiresome. I really doubt Nick is a REAL libertarian. Because I think friday Nick learned what real libertarians are actually fighting for.

The Avellone case might be worth monitoring. Don't think it's interesting/funny enough to warrant its own thread in Lolcow LLP, but who knows, the suit is young.

EDIT: There was a part where Avellone and Bristol had one of those actual malice scenarios, where Bristol claims something happened while Avellone denies it happened, and only they were party to the event. I know in Texas, specifically where the Second District oversees, there's Khan v. Van Der Linden to infer actual malice in that scenario. I have to wonder if there's something equivalent in California.

There has been an interesting development in the Chris Avellone situation. In his Medium article, he talked a lot about Jackie (Jacqui Collins), who was a friend of Karissa (the woman he made out with and is now suing). Karissa encouraged Chris to get with Jackie. They saw each other for about a year, but started having problems and broke up. Chris partly blames Karissa interjecting into their relationship as the reason.
Now that everyone is up to speed, it has come out that Jackie, a public relations representative for Riot Games, is an amateur porn star. She filmed multiple videos with James Deen, who was accused of sexual misconduct and rape by multiple women in 2015.
