- Nik claims that Orlin stuffed chopsticks into ears and then ate the earwax. Then he starts screaming at Orlin.
- Orlin's age is revealed to be 27.
- Orlin says that Gabby Hannah would be a better writer than he would ever be in the second argument.
- Nik also gets 2 new catchphrases, "Tiddlywinks "and "Spaghetti-Os".
- Nikocado has a weight loss journal that is "empty" as claimed by Orlin.
- Orlin says Nik can't reach is own shoes, it then escalates into a shoe-throwing fight. Nik's bad aim causes him to break a mug.
- Orlin sweeps up the rest of the mug while Nik continues raging.

The rest of it is just Nik spazzing out and Orlin raging while eating their dumplings. I could only watch about 10 minutes of it before doing lots of skipping to scour through the video. I find Nik's tantrums funny but the obnoxiousness of this video got dialed up to 11: Orlin was great as a brooding, quiet snarker but now he and Nik are both obnoxious lards screaming at each other so I didn't laugh as much and had to skip.
