Does this mean all trans people currently serving will be discharged? Kinda sucks for them if so. I mean, I'm not a military person but if you pass boot camp and all that you're probably not the kind of specimen we discuss here. Still, the military should seek to function as effectively as possible and friction points shouldn't be introduced just because it might hurt someone's feelings.

I never got why people just deny other people liberties for arbitrary reasons. Does this train of thought make sense to burgerstanis, and if so, can you explain how it makes sense?

I disagree with Mr. Trump on this. We are losing a sub group that we can get a different perspective on jobs and missions. We are losing potential leaders in our different branches of service.

Well to get in the military they require you not to be on anything that includes hormones or certain medications, you have to be off them for a certain period. Maybe they can wait for awhile before or after. Like 4 months to a year.
