I personally think it's better than the nut milks, but I still prefer soy milk over oat milk. But oat milk froths better for coffee.

Also starbucks is adding oat milk to their menu soon too.

But oat milk is like 5 dollars for a pint so no way am I drinking that regularly. When it stops being trendy I'll probably buy it again if its cheaper.

I wish people would catch on to pea milk. It's the best milk imo.

I dislike calling it milk because I like milk and I like these, for different reasons and if I want milk I drink milk. Almond and coconut milk are very pleasant in their own right, really, but they don't really replace milk in a lot of applications. For beverages and drinking? Sure. For cooking, baking etc.? It gets trickier.

Also almond milk absolutely does not keep.

You likely have an allergy so I don't want to mock you. But fuck it.

I have some nut and pea milk for you. Just close your eyes and suck it out of this tube.

Also I like whole milk or half and half. Ever have a bowl of cereal with heavy cream? It is bliss.
whole milk keeps all of the nourishing fats and oils it tastes like water without hahaha. once at a friends house i poured a glass of half and half thinking it was some kind of reduced by 50% fat milk. i always imagine his dad picking up the carton and being like what the fuck, who drank all the creamer? i wonder if they ever did realize.

I've been making a Café au lait with Oat Milk for my morning coffee for the last several months and it's pretty tasty. It creates a persistent foam as well, I've just been microwaving it and frothing it in a French Press. It's like $3 for a pint and lasts me like 5 days. I like it better than any kind of cow milk in my coffee, although for espresso I still always go for 2% Milk.

I think it's just expensive right now because it's a novelty. Hopefully the price drops when the market expands. It's literally just oats blitzed in a blender and then strained to get any pulp out. Probably just going to experiment with making my own. I bet I could just strain it using my French Press and make it myself for like 50¢ a gallon or something.

Cashew is my favourite of all the imitation "milks" I've tried so far but it costs a fortune. Oat is pretty good too though

I like oat milk. I just bought some. Try to wait until it's on sale. I can't just drink dairy straight. Although sometimes I buy Fairlife and it doesn't bother me. It's just that I think I would do better going back to plant based milk for awhile. I also buy almond. I'll put this stuff in iced coffee but not in hot. For some reason I dislike it in hot.

Tried them all but can't stomach them...apart from hazelnut they all make me really nauseous for some reason. Whole milk in everything for me, prefer raw milk but since i don't have access to a cow, store bought has to do. A cup of warm milk before bed time is amazing and addicting.

maybe you have lactose intolerant? because Fairlife is a lactose free milk.
Pea milk is good tho, great replacement for whey or soy based protein drinks
