In relation to the actual yt vid, did anyone even like that Scooby Doo movie to warrant this?
I'm pretty sure it just existed and then was quietly forgotten. Not sure if that's nostalgia.

He’s also done all the live action Scooby movies up until this point, so it’s just the beach one in the set.

Like @CWCissey said. Cartoon is super good, actually. Had an overall plot, was a much darker story, good homage to the shows that came before. It was a really good change of pace for the IP as a whole.
