Wildchild and his brother's parents. It appears that they're both petitioning the court to not have custody of the brother, but it's hard to tell. Wildchild is 25(?) and there's a mention of a 2017 graduation date.

I assume one of them's a minor or was? A guardian ad litem comes up over and over again (with the GAL acronym). Sometimes in a divorce or other family court proceeding, there are children involved and the parents are basically fuckups who are too busy fighting over bullshit to protect the interests of the children. So the court takes it out of their hands, hires a lawyer for the kid and pays the lawyer out of the parents' money.

So my guess is one or both of the parents are total fuckups.

I think that might be too harsh on the parents. I'm in Missouri and here and most bordering states quite a few judges just appoint a GAL in pretty much any family law case where custody is contested in any way.

Schizoaffective disorder,Complex post-traumatic stress disorder, depersonalization disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD. He's not autistic because a doctor diagnosed him with autism but he undiagnosed himself from the autism diagnosis because he doesn't act particularly autistic. He used to work with teens with Developmental Disabilities, but now he works with older adults. He has seen many penises with phimosis and changed lots of diapers for elderly people, only sometimes also stabbing them in the thigh with a dinner fork. His gender is tranny because he's a tranny! However, he is also normal, and in fact he is more normal than most people on the forum who are all autistic and they do not go outside. He has a low sex drive and is just not interested in sexual intercourse because vaginas and pee that comes out of vagina are gross and penises are gross because pee comes out of them. I'm glad you made me look it up because I got the age wrong his dad was 72

Tonight, after I woke up, I punched a 72 year-old man, followed by smashing shit including the television with a vacuum cleaner and spending 20 minutes destroying stuff.

I have never gotten angry in years, and have never gotten violent, but for some reason today, I reached my limit, which is unlike me.

Yeah.. I'm really thankful that the police weren't called in me, I think the neighbors are used to the screaming by now, the ones that used to call the police on us weekly, moved after about a year.

But, that is why you probably don't want to mess with me when I first wake up, at least until I have some coffee.

Not really edgy, usually I tend to disengage and maintain a neutral presence when I'm being screamed at, but tonight I just reached my breaking point, and my father kept on following me and screaming when I was trying to get some space. Generally, I try not to engage with him when he's in one of his moods. He was already pretty out of control and was making threats to hit me, which is normal for him, but usually calms down before he actually gets to the point where he actually hits me. The fact that I was trying to walk away and get space made matters worse, and increased his anger.

Then he grabbed my arm and tried to yank me as I was trying to walk away, and get some space and that's what led to things to escalate.

It also didn't help that I had just woken up, and that his screaming being the first thing I heard just help matters. I could've handled it better, but I just snapped.

He later apologized, and admitted that it was his fault and that he takes his anger out on me because he's old, depressed and cynical and that anyone else would've acted the same way I did.

I'm saving up to try to find an apartment, so I can get out of that environment in a few months when I have something saved up.
