The first one is the ASUS ROG G74Sx from mid 2011. This month my job has given me new laptop, a G750JS, from the same line.

The overall upgrade is:
8x 2.40 GHz CPU instead of 8x 2.00 GHz
32GiB RAM instead of 12GiB
512GiB SSD + 1TiB HDD (up from 1TiB HDD, disc speed faster too)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M + Integrated (up from NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560m, no integrated)
GFX Memory at 7GiB, up from 4GiB
