Hillary Clinton also mocked the idea of legalizing marijuana at one point, which was also shrugged off. Even fucking Trump at one point said he'd leave it up to state's rights, which he did. Trump was more open to marijuana legalization than both Obama and Hillary Clinton.

I honestly think that they postpone it over and over again so that it could be a campaign promise over and over again.
