If the salty people are to be believed:

There is a MacAuthor Amendment in which rape treatment becomes a flag for pre-existing condition, which is why all those tweets are about how being raped will also hike up your insurance rate.

I don't know about that, but it is suspicious to me that Congress is exempting themselves from being affected by this bill.
