Zeni's apparently had liver failure and needs a transplant. He also has jaundice now.
He's a heavy alcoholic, and that lead him to the vast majority of his lolcow behaviors. He was basically on a mental high for the last 10 years (probably because of some kind of undiagnosed mental illness).
He had a disastrous pancreatic episode that he miraculously survived back on September 24th of 2020. He was on the verge of dying, and was distressed in those moments. Ever since then he's been in and out of hospitals, on meds, losing blood through stool.
This event apparently opened his eyes to how he's not invincible like he used to think and show in his videos. He's resolved to live healthier and turn himself around after this. He's turned to faith and dropped the dating site stuff.
I'm hoping he makes it through this and does make something good out of his life. He was a giant disgusting weirdo sick fuck creep for the majority of his adult life, but I don't think that's worthy of an early death like this.
The comments aren't very sympathetic, though.
His next check up is on the 18th, so we'll see how that goes. That is, if he uploads anything.

They're a "game dev", supposedly. The game they make can be seen here, called "Uni Elementals".
I tried to play it once, but the game is actually extremely complicated, and it's especially hard to understand because the creator speaks in their own brand of "english" so it's hard to get any instructions. Their posting style is also very unique and bizzare, and it's a strange mix of english, japanese, and french.
They seem to be schizo or something along those lines, but instead of being obsessed with god and the universe or gangstalking or whatever, their brand of insanity is "pastel" themed. They're obsessed with fairies and magic and elementals, and apparently they also consider themselves one.
They also have these strange videos where they record themselves going through their notes (which appear to be for programming) with bits and pieces of their room.
Digging deeper reveals a bit more. Their twitter seems to have a picture of themselves alongside a cosplayer, however it's very covered up.
The picture would seem to suggest a male.
Overall, I'd say it's worth looking at their post history on 4chan in the very least, as it's quite intriguing to try and decipher.

That YouTube channel seems to be completely wiped -- name changed to "Gone" and all videos nuked off of it. I think the JohnnyKunOfficial deviantart's report had something to do with it. Even then, the scat side of things may have been a false flag op by some Internet spergs to defame the man if the one comment has anything to do with it. It seems like he's fully changed his life around and deleted all of his old videos.
He's survived the transplant. He's on the road to recovery, and he plans on finishing his English degree after he's back to good health.
I'm glad to see this, and see him claw his way out of his 10+ years of lolcowdom. If this keeps up, he might be one of the very small handful of lolcows covered on this site who've redeemed themselves.
Treasure a sight like this, it's very, very rare.

On the darker side of things in another video has said that he went to jail for stabbing a dog which he denies doing and said he was an innocent bystander. I don't know enough about this to say one way or the other.
