Her and I have already talked on the phone. She's pretty cool and we get along. I think she just doesn't know what a real man can offer so she settled for GK when she spotted him. No offense to GK. I'm sure he wishes the world for her but he can't really.. deliver.

Her and I don't really talk about GK. She knows I'm interested so we're just getting to know each other, going naturally about it like two regular people seeing if there's a spark. She likes my dry sense of humor and she's probably the wittiest people I've ever met. She's one of those people where when you talk to them for ten minutes you feel like you're talking to someone you've known for years. I just wish she could accept how great of a person she is. But yeah, we have fun talking.

After realizing his mistake in blocking me on dA the first time (due to bad info from someone else) he has today decided to block me yet again out of the blue. So yeah he isn't staying away from dA, he's just lurking there. We must have reached the hurtful truth level so now he's hiding. Brave guy.

Good news all around. I was worried we'd have to rally the Kiwi death squad to deal with the situation.
So, when Amanda wants to take a break from the Internet, Jay gets all butthurt, mentioning at every instance how unreasonable it is that she isn't talking to him, and how much he's suffering while pining away for her, on and on and on. But then Jay wants to take a break from the Internet, and suddenly it's all good, she'll be fine for a week, no worries.
I know that this kind of self-centered hypocrisy is par for the course with Tin Can Jim Bob, but after explicitly pointing out his self-absorption and him acknowledging it and asking what to do about it, seeing him go right back to his toxic lack of empathy really rustles my jimmies.
