I am at A9, so now you know where to find me once you're in the halls. Sorry this is fairly last-minute. I expect to see many friends *and* foes at the event, but thank goodness there will be witnesses and security to prevent anything from growing out of hand.

I cannot connive that Jay actually believes he could carry a gun in his pocket into a con, so I guess he's referring to some kind of pocket knife. I am also sure that no one is actually going to try and physically harm Jay.

Though I wonder if Jay's paranoia about the trolls will have any effect on his sales this time. He's done well at past cons but he's not believed anyone there was out to get him. And he's just competent enough around those he "likes" to peddle his stuff in artist alleys.

But he behaves very differently when he believes he is being trolled, and he has suggested that he only shuts down now because he's chimped out hard in the past. Either behavior isn't really good at the already spergy cons--especially if you're trying to sell something. Likely nothing will happen though and he will have a good time and declare the lack of trolls to be another epic victory while brushing the absence of gushing Golden Knight fans under the rug.

Sorry if it sounds A-loggy, but after hearing the Fat-logs, I really want him to get an ego-check. He desperately needs one.

Looking at that map (who the hell wrote that guide, isn't the point of numbering the tables to list them in that order for easy finding?), he's next to what looks like a booth for a 24 hour Tshirt company and something called "Time for Hugs", and behind both "A Piggy's Tale" and "Cuddles and Rage".

"A Piggy's Tale" is the most worrisome as, according to that upper left box blurb, that's connected to some live drawing event thing where they can draw "Piggy, the Super Hero Dog" (the hell is with that name, anyway?). I say worrisome in regards to him, because it's right in front of GK, and I'm betting every single person who draws this dog will have more artistic talent than him. He's going to be subjected to this kind of shit for a whole hour. It will be glorious. Hopefully.

Sadly, even if he gets ignored, he'd chalk it up to something akin to his VOICE BEING TOO BOOMING, or being far too intimidating for the silly NPCs who attend the con.

Despite the slanderous lies he was told that I'm not interested in donating to his patreon he still hasn't blocked me. I can only hope the truth will prevail over time and he shall once again treat me as the philanthropist I truly am.

Like, what if someone was just dropping subtle hints the whole time that they were a troll, but still maintained plausible deniability. Is this the guy to flip out at the slightest sign you're aware of his internet notoriety? Or could you calm him down and convince him that it's all a big misunderstanding?

Like, what if someone was just dropping subtle hints the whole time that they were a troll, but still maintained plausible deniability. Is this the guy to flip out at the slightest sign you're aware of his internet notoriety? Or could you calm him down and convince him that it's all a big misunderstanding?

After seeing Jay stream I think he'd miss every hint and insist on talking about himself. Jay's M.O. when he feels threatened is to disappear so I have no idea what he'd do if he was confronted in-person by someone he thought was a troll. He's a major coward. He could chimp out, he could attempt to alert security, or his mom could ask you to go just because her baby is upset. Jay could also just politely ask you to leave and then go on dA talking about how he thwarted a real life troll. Jay has no real dedicated trolls so we don't know what he'd do if he felt his back was pressed against the wall. It's always been a loose-knit group of people openly fucking with him a bit and talking about things here and the only reason GK never knew about it was because he hates coming here. He likes to think if he ignores something it'll eventually go away.

But yeah, I personally think you could calm him down and claim it was a misunderstanding. That has happened before.
