Back in October, Tom thought it'd be a great idea to go to his usual busking site in the underpass and try to run off whoever was in the area because as we all know, feral hobos are territorial and sharting angry. At the far end of the underpass is a large group of drum buskers, pulling in a huge crowd. Evidently, Tom likes to "leech" off these groups by setting up shop a little ways away and start busking to pick up excess cash.

That is until this big motherfucker showed up and scared the little bitch out of the tunnel.



In a moment of stunned fear, Tom visibly grimaces in the video but makes no attempt to engage the man physically or verbally. In fact, the video shows Tom shrink back and scurry to his camera in order to shut it off. You would think if he wanted to get someone arrested like he threatens all the time, he would've just stood there and let it escalate into a recorded assault. But we know better.

Now, after all the bloviating from this guy about critically injuring anyone who gets in his face, here we have an actual verified instance of a man, telling Tom to "cut this shit out", Tom does nothing. This is now the fourth verified instance where Tom, when confronted, tucks and runs.
