My apologies for being exceptional...I joined around the fire, before the site renovation...at that time I had access to off topic but I don't seem to now...did the requirements change?

I've switched the limit from 10 likes to 10 positive ratings. The system isn't reliably calculating old likes, so users with previous access may not be allowed right now.
