The most well-known one is of course the Ghost Stories dub:

But there are other dubs that took tongue-in-cheek liberties with the original script, drastically changing the viewing experience for a more lulzy one. For example the Devilman OVA dub:

I'm sure there are many others. Post them!

Golden boy is pretty funny, but the translations are more or less accurate anyway.
I think Ghost Stories and Devilman are very special cases. You just don't get many anime dubs that give that little a shit about the original intent.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt is a dub I rank higher than the sub. The banter is just perfect, and the sub just feels less natural somehow. It makes it seem less like an anime and more like one of those cartoons making fun of anime.
But unintentionally hilarious, Speed Racer has some choice moments.

This is a deep cut, but the dub that Central Park Media did for The Humanoid way back in the day.

I don’t know why they even licensed the OVA, it’s boring as fuck and totally pointless, but there’s a good 2-3 minute chunk where one of the ships’s crew members goes on a monologue about coffee.

The coffee monologue is the only dialog in the whole thing that makes any sense, since it’s just talking about what qualities good coffee should have.
