You know how in old cartoons from the 80's and 90's they'd use the insult "Your mother wears high-heeled shoes!" I never got how that was insult but it recently dawned on me that it was a subtle way of calling someone's mother a whore.

there was some old cartoon movie i watched over twenty years ago, I only remember one scene, bunch of kids turn into swans and fly away I think? had a lot of ice themes, I think the villain was the Ice Queen? it's just that one scene I just barely remember. wonder what it was.

No. It's not the swan princess, I remember that entire film series just fine, this was much much older because I only ever saw it at my Grandmothers house. Must've been at most 1960 I'd guess.

I'm fairly certain it was in English, and I just skimmed through that for awhile and while it does look very similar, I swear what I saw had a heavy theme of ice and that the main villain was an Ice Queen. There was an animated Snow Queen adaptation in '76 by the BBC, and one a few years ago from Disney.
I think it's this. Don't know if this is the 1976 one because the video has no information on it, but yeah, this looks about right.
