Toei only animated that one because they were forced to for it to make sense to viewers why Wapol was in reverie. Them not animating the rest baffles me because the anime has really bad pacing issues which would be helped by animating cover arcs and expanding on them instead of making up random filler every once in a while. I cant wait for Enel to come back so they can cram the whole moon cover arc into one minute so it makes sense in the anime.
I wonder if he'll bring back Eneru at all. Where would they fit him in the plot? Also I'm pretty sure Luffy could and would one-shot him.
Remember it has been two years for him as well, I imagine he is going to return at some points because why have him with a Moon Adventure that involves animatronics that he is one of the few people on the planet that could easily repower them.
