The only major difference between this guy and Chris is that this loser doesn't have an original character (do not steal) that he thinks has 1 billion fans and that said character will be a parody franchise worth millions or that said character counsels him on how to get a girlfriend or how to deal with authority figures.

He is an even bigger loser than Chris. At least CWC can be funny and entertaining (albeit unintentionally). Mark is just a creepy, little shit that makes fun of people who have been sexually abused as children. The only way I can see his story being funny is if, no, when, he talks shit to the wrong person and get his ass kicked. Even than, it would be kind of sad because it should have never gotten to that point.
