Amazed at how "not mad" this busta is. All this can be alleviated if Greg the jigaboo turned off the screen.
Greg is so numbed by the kombucha that if someone names a luxury brand he thinks they're a professor.

I have some things to stand this up - chip in if you have any other i missed:
1) Bloated gut. Try as he might, he can only suck it in so much and it's a hint to him being a drinker.
2) The permanently ruddy faced / rosacea / village idiot complexion. Certainly chimes with him being on the sauce.
3)The nonsensical gibberish ramblings he posts / tweets - on reflection that's nothing new.
4) The times he's referenced having alcohol in the house (I recall they were giving Sarah drinks on New Year?). Can't remember what video he said this, it might have been when he was sloshing back after the initial doc dropped.

Despite owning three houses over the course of his life, Greg still understands little about property values. Especially in high tourist areas.
A condo that you rent out to stupid tourists can pay tuition for all of your kids' higher education. I know not all condos work in this fashion, with many people having primary residence in one. However, when the building is sold, going to be demolished or whatever, there is still equity, and often a buyout of some sort. Property taxes are significantly lower. Everyone signs a contract, like becoming part of an HA. Certain work needs to be done to maintain the overall common aesthetic of the building.
Anyway, haven't been able to follow the news, after I heard about the collapse. How many people are dead or still missing? Was it minimal? Hate to derail from Greg, but, a whole bunch of families didn't die in their sleep, right? (Edit-words)
