Know what's nuts is that general post office scam has been going on since the 80's it's gotten to the point where they don't bother if it goes trough to the person because the money to prosecute wouldn't be worth it but in the 95% of the time this is tried it's either 1. returned to sender with postage due 2. sent to the dead letter office or 3. the person receiving the mail pays the postage upon arrival.
