She did that trick the time before the last time she did weight watchers. The higher the weight the more points you get. She's going to end up gaining. Normal fats get like 18-25 points.

Weightwatchers is basically the same as counting calories and macros. Her entire diet is carb, fat and sugar dense which is always higher points and why she stops after a day. As far back as destiny days she would eat her entire daily point plus the weekly by mid day then says its just not right for her.

I just so don't care. I barely have the energy to show up and spam NO LAYG NO WATCH anymore. I don't know how she thinks this is a good strategy to save her dying channel.
