If someone, probably a , actually called the real authorities on him every time he suicide baited, he'd probably spend a few 72 hour holds getting jacked with Haldol or whatever. This really wouldn't do him any good but would be kind of amusing other than wasting the time of law enforcement responding to his bullshit. So I wouldn't really recommend bothering.

No he can only change if he wants to change an he is perfectly happy at the moment, I can see a change in the coming months when he finds a new group he wants to integrate himself in but it wont be for the better.

He probably is but it's a means to his goal of him wanting to fight the power and prove that he's the ultimate victim minority. Even if someone gave him everything he wanted he'd still be miserable and spewing hate. He totally deserves it.

I very much doubt Phil will hurt anyone other then himself or, possibly, his elderly disabled mother. But since he's cut all contact with her, that leaves him with only his own life to destroy. Something he's very, very good at.

He is at a point of no return where he is too old and too set in his ways to change. As his paranoia and mental disorders get more out of control, the only thing I see changing for the better is the level of entertainment and the amount of crazy posts.
