Wow, I criticize GA for once and get rated Autistic. Imagine that...
The dialogue is unnatural (though that applies to a lot of Enter's work because I don't like the dialogue for any of his scripts tbh), but like people said, they don't agree with your assessment that it's "alright."

It's dull. For any cartoon, and a slice of life comedy like this, it's basically a death sentence. They should at least hold your attention in some way. Enter's scripts can barely hold my attention for one paragraph.

To best describe my overall feelings to Opposite Day and Enter's writing in general, I take a page out of Chris's book.

Shit, man, if Animaniacs is the Brooklyn Bridge, then GA is a log
Not just cartoons, there's movies and live action TV shows that are otherwise good, or half decent, that delved into this plot (that Thor movie from 2011 being the best recent example). It just works better when the characters are familiar with their surroundings from the get go if you ask me (Roger Rabbit being a good example of what I'm talking about).

It's just that this is the standard "Enter fucks up a tired plot" trope in play. What could have been a generic, but otherwise watchable (readable, in this case) premise is ruined by the man's speech patterns, terrible grammar, forced jokes and the fact that his characters aren't really characters. Plus the fact that he's being a hypocrite by doing this.

It's amazing that a human being can be so unimaginative.

for some reason when i was reading the lines it sounds very very robotic in my mind, like those educational video games of the 90's but worse

I actually read the script. After a while the characters literally started blurring together. I had to re-read lines because I couldn't tell who was saying what. It's a problem when I can't tell the characters apart in the script because they're all so generic.

It doesn't help that King Enter writes his scripts in the most jarring, obtuse language that his spergy mind can conjure. It honestly reminds me of when I was fourteen and I tried to look smart in English by using every big word that I knew in my classwork. I wonder what a network executive, who probably has a million other things on his plate, will think about reading this pretentious tripe.

-EDIT- I also wonder what'll happen when they check his background and find out that he was the cause of those organized Twitter attacks on Casey Alexander.

They won't read the entire script. They usually read pitch bibles beforehand. Like the way employers read resumes before they hire employees.

Teacher: Ms. Dunn, what is the meaning of this lizard drawn on the back of your math test?

Sally: First of all, it’s not a lizard. It’s a chameleon. Second of all, why does it matter? We leave the back of papers blank so we can color on them when we’re bored.

Teacher: No we certainly do not.

Sally: That just sounds like a waste of paper then.

Teacher: Such rudeness. I’ll have to clean your mouth out with soap.

Directed by M. Night Shyamamamamamamamalan.

Naturalistic dialogue is hard to right, let's be real. And what many amateur writers fail to realise initially is that writing naturalistic dialogue for kids is INCREDIBLY hard. Not that that really matters here, I guess, since I'm only honing in on an aspect that I can quantify amidst this shitpile.

Timmy has a brief moment where he makes some sort of sense: "So you’re punishing the girl who doesn’t want to be here, by giving her what she wants?"

Also, "Gumdrops" would be a lame name for a motorcycle.

He kind of uses the same self-aware humor a lot I think. It says more about him than anything else, like he feels a compulsion to point out the flaws in everything, even the logic of the characters in his own show.

I don't know anyone who names their motorcycle.

What Enter thinks people talk like. And to be fair, it also plagues his reviews.
A kid talking like an adult would work for a quick joke
or even a character quirk
but it doesn't fucking work in a world where kids have the roles of adults

Hey, isn't being self aware, even if it's a joke, one of the things he whines about?
Surprise: Enter is a hypocrite
