Man vs persistent rat

Food with Chetna to learn Indian things (pay a little heed to her spoon measurements, I've seen her show "tablespoon" and "teaspoon" heaps of spices next to each other and the difference is not nearly as large as you might expect):
Juanelo I don't watch so much for advice, but more to immerse myself in his lifestyle. He owns a small lake that is overpopulated by an invasive species, and whenever he fishes in it (which he does a lot, to try to reduce the population) he only ends up with tiny little things. The meals he cooks with them are almost all the same.
Emmy is perfect, I never watch her for recipes, she's more of a cooking entertainment channel and does a great job with it.
If you want more old recipes, this channel does a series.

Is that the girl from the Grest British Baking Show? Chetna, if you’re wondering?

Some more YouTube cooks I like. Can anybody recommend more channels? I’m guessing most of you have heard of Binging with Babish, Emilyfromjapan, and Carla and Molly from bon appétit.

Mobile Home Gourmet - A quiet, single guy in his 60’s who’s kitchen is in a mobile home in a trailer park. He’s also the complete antithesis of Jack Scalfani. (He even has a keto vlog). Although being called the antithesis of Jack can be applied to almost all YouTube chefs.

Adam Ragusea - his cooking channel is kinda new, so not that many recipes but I like what I’ve seen so far. No fat and straight to the point.

Not Another Cooking Show - I only found his channel recently. For some dumb reason his presentation of pasta recipes on a cutting board bugs me.

Preppy Kitchen - My favourite bearded lady.

Alex - Annoying frenchman. Builds his own appliances.

Also, Laura Vitale from Laura in the kitchen is porn star hot.

Bruno Albouze, a French chef that I'm surprised lives in my neck of woods.

He has some humor in his videos, but the point of his channel is the sheer amount of dishes he can make, from simple to ultra-pretentious.

Here's a sandwich recipe I'd like to try soon:

Many of my favorites have already been mentioned. So, shout outs anyways to Binging with Babbish, Emmy, My Virgin Kitchen, Cowboy Kent Rollins, The English Heritage Channel, J. Townsend, and Cooking with Dog - although CwD is kind of sad these days, without Francis.

Here's a few more:

BBQ Pit Boys - these guys are, uh... insane. But they're My People. Overweight bearded rednecks eating too much meat.

The Scott Rea Project. The video I'm embedding is a little misleading, but it's a good recipe. But he primarily focuses on meat - butchering, making sausage, how to prepare roasts, things like that. He does other recipes too from time to time - like the potatoes - but his big thing is meat.

Magic Ingredients. Dunno anything about this channel beyond it's in Chinese, with English subtitles. A lot of really tasty recipes on there, though, and they're well explained, quick, and pleasant to watch.

Simply Mama Cooks. The wife and mother of a Korean-Mexican blended family, her recipes are a mix of those two cultures plus just some tasty generic stuff. Embedded video turns out fantastic cinnamon rolls, I can attest.

The last one I'm going to include is The Burger Show. It's not exactly a "cooking" channel in the usual sense. First of all, it's not a channel - it's one show among several on a big mega-channel. Most of the stuff on that channel I don't give a damn about, but I like The Burger Show. I've opined elsewhere on this forum that I consider the hamburger to be one of the best and purest forms of food. I never get sick of hamburgers, not ever. This show is all about hamburgers. They look at styles of burgers from all across the nation, they talk about the science behind cooking them, they talk about burger... philosophy, you name it. A lot of guests on the show, too. For example, the video I'm embedding has Babbish.

After discovering Sous Vide Everything over on the Jack Scalfani thread yesterday, I started binge watching his videos:

And then I found out Guga has another channel, so that got binged too

Grandpa Kitchen. I'm not sure there is a lot to learn from it. I just like how he cooks using the giant pans cooking on an open fire outdoors. Cooking for orphans is a pretty good gimmick for getting a good sized viewer base.

I used to watch Sous vide everything mentioned above. Guy is a good cook. The homemade cheese using the sous vide method is still on my to do list.
