And it's some piece of work
The majority of it is the dry detailed box ticking nonsense these things are usually made up of,

Bear in mind this is one of the worlds top universities and this wasn't college specific, it's an official OxU document

It really is hard to know where to start,

It's one of those powerpoints where the presenter is going to be explaining a lot while pointing at things and probably drawing on the screen. The missing context for the first two slides is probably pointing out who was what at birth.

The idea of a non-binary brain doesn't even make sense especially if you're also going to follow that up by talking about chromosomes in the fourth panel. I don't know why they are shoehorning 'intersex' into this when it has little in common with modern tranny dichotomy. Klinefelter and the rest are rare genetic disorders that cause health problems way out of the scope of trannydom and not just cutesy in between boy and girl uwu.

Unrelated to the topic, but did you try to upload different versions of the files? When I open it on the browser, there is a difference on the bar images than when I open it as a PDF. (Both on page 188, the bar is not only colored differently but the white halo on the middle is not present on the right ones.)

I'm not familiar enough with how .pdf works so I might be unaware of what causes this. Does anyone know? I know it's not very relevant to the thread. Thanks in advance.

I only used my browser as I don't have a pdf reader on this box, I assume it's as a result of being PowerPoint slides flattened into a PDF.
I suspected this was originally animated from the, "is it a western thing" slide, as some of the text is obscured by icons, (though considering some of the other design decisions maybe not) and I guess this is as a result of that

I mean, if 0.018% of Jews were evil or something then should the whole Judaism thing should be driven into destruction? Is the destruction of all simple classifications not exactly correct 100% of the time for 100% of the people a reasonable threshold to set when complexity and interrelationships inevitably come into play?

The gonads can be entirely developed, but the genitals not be if the sufferer has 'Complete androgen insensitivity syndrome' and will grow up looking like a woman with hips and breasts but also the dick and balls which would be literally underdeveloped for a child.

So Brain of one gender, genitals of one gender, and gonads of one gender is Cis. Its part of a trans argument which itself is part of a family of trans arguments which are completely exclusive.

"Gender is only a social construct" would be another. That's trotted out when its pointed out that Men dress up like fetishized versions of women very distinct from the actual women. How can gender identity be innate and immutable then?
The gender dysphoria argument was another, it was thrown out once it hit its limit. No trans-activist would insist the majority of trans are suffering from gender dysphoria, anymore than the "born this way" gay rights argument for a gay gene is relevant today.
Same with the "no meaningful differences between man and woman" argument which doesn't hold up at all to the wild social expressions of the troon. Those are either trans or individual quirks, and they certainly wouldn't want the argument to exist that they are individual quirks because then the correct cause and effect relationship between mental illness and trans would be too apparent. Got to keep them thinking the opposite is the case.

So currently this troon promotes intersex as the proper way to deal with the >99.9% of people who are not suffering from trans.

Of course this is an incel. Every fucking time this is a socially expressive faggot trying to glean every last ounce of attention they can. These people aren't doctors and lawyers because they like doing the work, because they are on some personal journey or they see the job giving themselves some inner sense of purpose, they join prestigious institutions to feel that they are important, valuable, and not a fuck up. They take the space of another who could have devoted themselves to the task and the purpose, so that they can be seen to be great and maybe just maybe actually feel good about themselves. Like the nose job doesn't cure the underlying problem, these white men who hate themselves so thoroughly that they "jump ship to fight for the other side" are never going to solve their problems with their new dress or their new job. That feeling of fighting for the good guys against society doesn't work if society is trying its hardest to accommodate you, it ignores the real internal upset that compelled you to mutilate yourself, climb the social ladder, and profess to be a sign of great social transformation.
