In response to a foi request, Oxford University have released a copy of their submission to Stonewall's WorkPlace Equality Index (attached)
And it's some piece of work
The majority of it is the dry detailed box ticking nonsense these things are usually made up of,
But the last couple of dozen pages?
My fucking god...
Bear in mind this is one of the worlds top universities and this wasn't college specific, it's an official OxU document
It really is hard to know where to start,
The random skeleton of a giraffe?
The pink recorder on the last page?
The garbled and nonsensical figures and tables?
(Despite the second image being unlabelled, I assume it's suicide ideation? And all jokes aside, this means it's not a mental illness how?)
Oh, and notice the use of "assigned male" cartoons!?
And if anyone can tell me what the fuck is going on with the fucking elves I'd be delighted (4 pages devoted to this elven insanity)
The true nonsense starts on page 183 and apart from the incoherence and juvenile batshit crazy images, it's riddled top to toe with lies and misrepresentations.
