I am very good at reading and reading comprehension AND questioning. If Trump Jr is confused and the detailed script of Dershowitz' speech is being misinterpreted, I am all for and open to the best interpretation that they can provide and let the conclusion make itself obvious.
Here is what I believe happened. Harvey Weinstein, Tony Robbins, and Alan Dershowitz used illicit surveillance means to prey on women and their private information online. They also illegally obtained real and fake nudes from impersonating fake and or celebrity accounts either to blackmail into sex or to ruin the woman's reputation if she refused.
When Donald Trump was elected, he found out about these Liberal surveillance tactics, blamed it on Obama, then joined the liberal pack and used their tactics to take over and surveil opposition to his presidential seat. He was supposed to help Dershowitz stay out of jail due to Epstein, and Dershowitz would help to keep him out of jail, making Guiliani the patsy.
Since the evidence against Weinstein (and a few others ) was so compelling, Weinstein was convicted, but men like Dershowitz and Robbins had to bribe and blackmail judges through Donny Trump Jr, who would do anything to be in the ingroup of rich assholes.
However, the Democrats on the Hill disapproved of these tactics and impeached Trump making Dershowitz pressed to represent him who inadvertently admitted that Trump did abuse his power through Guiliani and improper FISA surveillance of not just Hunter Biden, but Joe Biden as well, violating the future president's privacy.
