Appairently Graduon has possessed Cole into being a UNCARING UNCOUTH JERK WHO PISSES MONEY, so Chris' best idea to deal with this is to send him to a sub dimensional plane akin to Hell instead of caring enough to cleanse his brother's body of the evil spirit, which could easily be done with Magi-chan; however Chris is venting frustration so to the Shadow Realm with Cole.

Heh, actually, I think this is an extension of the reason Barb gave Chris why Cole is such an asshole to her. It's not because she is a terrible, abusive parent, but because she says Cole hit his head years ago and that makes him perpetually butthurt at her.
