There are a few parts in it that bug me. First off he claims he had the dog checked out at a vet for because of the rape charges. We have no proof he has done this as it would be highly questionable for one to drag his dog to a vet and tell he is being accused of rape charges. Secondly I think no one has claimed that he has harmed his dog physically, only taught it to fuck with him. The defense that the dog gets regular long walks really means nothing in this context and feels like a desperate attempt at convincing the reader.

they usually send out an "amtsveterinär" which is a fancy german word for vet in the employ of the state. now if they can't find anything, they can't do anything. apparently there's been plenty of reports about him to the police since. or so i heard...
