He first posts three times in two minutes about living in Milwaukee and planning to harm the Plaintiff. 34 minutes later, he posts 4 times in 5 minutes about living in Milwaukee and planning to harm the Plaintiff. Patrick's motion in opposition to Quasi's (onaforums) motion to quash was just uploaded today. It contained some very strange never-before-seen examples of "harrassment" that Fatrick allegedly had received from members of the onaforums. Before I post them, I want you to read this Fatrick tweet and take note of his peculiar writing style. Notice how he uses short, dramatic sentences. He talks like this. To drive his points home. To make it more cinematic.
Got that? Okay, here are some excerpts from an email that Fatrick had allegedly received from email address "YouWillNeverFindMe1488@protonmail.com". These were taken straight from Pat's motion in opposition to Quasi's motion to quash.
Aside from having the EXACT same overly dramatic short sentence writing style, there are several very peculiar word choices that "YouWillNeverFindMe1488@protonmail.com" makes. For instance, who the hell would ever say "I'm going to defame you and you can't stop me! Hahaha!" Or "I will never feel remorse for my actions!!"
Yeah, he's very bad at this. Even before the O and A people discovered him, he was criticized as an author for having character dialogue that was "too robotic", but I digress. As an added bonus, here is a user who made an account on onaforums on 19 May 2021, made 7 very gruesome violent posts about Patrick in about a 30 minute timespan, then left and never return. ALL of these posts were referenced in Fatrick's motion in opposition to Quasi's motion to quash.
Yeah, so in case you weren't already convinced that Fatrick is pure human excrement after seeing him condoning beating women, and abandoning his daughter, stealing from the taxpayer and being a welfare queen, being a giant hypocrite who wants others to face severe consequences for behavior that he engages in himself, and suing people on the internet who criticize him and use his own words against him, well here's another one to add to the list.

I was lurking Onaforums for a bit there before the site went private so I can say that a lot of what Patrick says is bullshit. Hell even the new site is still locked down. Anything new that pops up is stuff he himself wrote on the forum.

Good point. You can't even view the forum unless you make an account and pass th security question which is an inside joke that only someone who has lingered long would know. So it would make no sense for one of us to make an account and write a post saying "Hey Patrick we're gonna kill you" or whatever
If someone has sent all those messages to people in Patrick's community, then Pat should be able to produce a couple of affidavits from his neighbors and employees at the bar/gym he frequents telling about how they have received those messages, right? He can get a statement from the delivery pizza company saying they've received orders for Patrick the turned out to be fake, right? There should be evidence that can be ties with this confession, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for Pat to produce it.

Two words: Walter Breen. This multiply convicted child molester (of his own daughter as well as many young boys) and absolute monster was allowed to hang around in SF circles long after he was convicted, and not exposed until his and Marion Zimmer Bradley's daughter Moira Greyland made her harrowing story of abuse (for which Breen was convicted) public.
John Doe #1's lawyer was very one note in his response, which is exactly what was needed. Cut through the new bullshit allegations of the pig and state clearly that the complaint has not established the JD1's involvement in any of the shenanigans.

The cunts at LA County Superior Court charge a buck a page for the first five and 40 cents for every page after that. They "generously" max out at $40 so I am not bothering to get any of this shit, but seriously fuck those people. Luckily the snippet I found has the fees of everyone I care about. We now know what their named partners, relatively new associates and paralegals get billed at. It's $205 even for their paralegals.
This isn't extraordinary for California, so they're likely to be granted it if they win, as it is nearly automatic for fees to be shifted against the losing party in a discovery dispute, as an "encouragement" to parties to resolve their own discovery disputes and not engage in frivolous discovery.
Of course, if Patrick wins, that would probably apply in his favor as well. I don't really expect that, but sometimes lolsuits full of lolyers get loljudges as well.

I honestly don't know much about him other than his attacking me randomly on Twitter over the past couple of years. Went at me out of the blue. I know he writes really cringy lesbian space porn to try to show how woke he is other than that.
From what I see from the lawsuit, there's clear evidence he's stated it's fine to "punch Nazis" and so the defamatory elements should be pretty easy to overturn. Though I'm not a legal expert, I have successfully been a plaintiff in a defamation case against these weirdos in science fiction who want to destroy any sane, normal person.
Thanks for the link, some of this is new to me. I had always thought that the cops caught him the old-fashioned way, i.e. in flagrante with a 13-year-old, but I didn't know until now that it was because his daughter finally dimed him out.
Back when Bradley was still alive it was fucking hilarious to watch her fans try and keep any mention of Breen and her role as an enabler scrubbed from Wikipedia.
