you still have to be a fucking weird degenerate to be aging up 10 year olds just so you can justify drawing them pissing on each other or whatever.
For real. A great example of this is Tumblr's IT fandom exploding in the wake of the recent (and upcoming) films, and becoming full of this shit with the justification of, "Oh well in the first half of the book they're kids!" as an excuse to write and draw these pedo horrors. This is a particularly problematic fandom because in the original Stephen King novel, the characters (as children) have a weird orgy that comes out of fucking nowhere. It's awkward as fuck to read, has no bearing on the overall plot, and King himself has basically just dismissed it as "Listen, I was on a lot of cocaine when I wrote 'IT.'" It's weird, memorable, but not a huge part of the book itself.
It's pretty much never mentioned again in the book and the scene was cut entirely from the recent Part 1 release of the film. But despite its absence, right after Part 1 came out, the related Tumblr tags were full of illustrated child porn and written smut so horrifying it honestly deserved its own King novel, and they all justified it by saying it's fine to talk about how hot a kid is/write about sexing them as long as you're writing from the perspective of a child as well/writing only about kids fucking kids. It's absolutely fucked.
Tumblr's porn crackdown has thankfully made it more somewhat more difficult for these creeps to take commissions and sell their terrible child porn of copywrited characters, so the IT fandom isn't quite the dumpster fire it once was -- more of an empty wasteland these days, like a lot of fandoms that didn't
quite survive January's thot purge. Still, this "kid-on-kid is OK" mindset is pervasive elsewhere and seriously dangerous because it teaches kids that it's only abuse if an adult is touching them.
It's a very common pedo defense, though - the "it's okay if they're both kids/pretending to be kids" argument, and I was really disappointed to see how many artists I previously admired come out of the woodwork to defend their right to write/draw explicit sexual fiction about children, even before the porn purge. It was all, "Stephen King did it! The child orgy is canon REEEEEEEE!"

I'm specifically pointing it out here because we've recently seen this exact bullshit pedo-defense from our own Onion-boy, who has now written, as I understand it, 3 individual, terrible books in which children engage in detailed sexual acts, with at least one of these characters being as young as 11, and a large age gap between characters that are in relationships. Sure, 17 is technically still a minor, but any normal person can see the issue with an 11 year old dating a 17 year old. Unless, y'know, they're a fucking creep. It's not rocket science, but Tumblr thinks it is.
It's like they think if they write enough gross fanfic or draw enough sick 'art,' reinforcing these "acceptable" grooming ideals, it'll just become the fucking norm overnight and everyone will accept it and the rest of us won't notice. Most of us here at the farms are wise enough to know better, but woe be to the generation being raised 100% on unsupervised youtube bullshit or, god help them, raised by the idiots who produce it. Confused, insecure kids are prime targets for abuse, and Onision sure is into surrounding himself with them, and even making some of his own, who will surely grow up to form their own dysfunctional sense of self-worth based on his pedo bullshit even if it's not aimed directly at them.
