I feel like most pedophiles who try to normalize relationships with children are heavily socially retarded to the point that they're mentally children themselves. They can't actually make social connections with other adults and thus don't develop attraction to them. So, in their malformed autistic brains, they think that because they're technically mature, a child of equal intelligence (that is to say normal child intelligence) is also mature enough to have sex or be in a relationship. but some are. there are brain scans done. some are on the spectrum, or had brain damage. it sounds right. if someone is emotionally/mentally stunted, bonding and being attracted to an appropriate age range would be difficult. like if their minds are stuck at being 14, and they are 20 and forget they are.(on the flip side, if that is the case, then an adult dating them is wrong due to the inability for them to properly consent....all the while with other people getting mad if you say "eww I could never date someone like that".)
