I was looking around for cows on Facebook and I came across this person. She doesn't fit the traditional lolcow archetype, but she's really interesting in how her mental problems manifest and what she has to say online. Her current facebook only dates back to April 21, 2017, but she has posted literally thousands of messages already. In addition, she has posted hundreds of photos (mainly of her monitor) and video of her playing the cello (with a stickynote taped to it saying HELP). Her posts on facebook will sometimes begin with a date, but the date is different from the current date of the post.
A little background, if anyone is familiar with the whole Karin Catherine Waldegrave saga that played out on 4chan's /x/ board back in like 2011, this person is pretty similar, albeit, not as crazy. KCW was the Facebook profile of someone who claimed to have ties to European royalty, and that she was the victim of a mind control experiment when she was younger. Her Facebook timeline was essentially textwalls of conspiracy theories tying international governments together in wild conspiracies. Eventually KCW was doxed and people found out where she was supposed to live. People tried contacting her family and were told that KCW was not well and to essentially fuck off, eventually the profile went silent and people did. This person's profile has some parallels with KCW, but I am by no means saying that they are the same person; they're not.

So with Pelan, she is apt to make claims that the CSIS has their eyes on her and that they are manipulating aspects of her life. She was under care of someone who she was apparently told was a protector with the duty of protecting her from corrupt government forces. If you look through her facebook, you notice that no one really comments on any of what she has to say.
Pelan has become fixated on one person as presenting the most danger to her. This person's name is "Ning Su". Ning Su has only emerged in the last month or so as a person of interest to Pelan, with the first post on Facebook referencing Ning Su being on April 21 at about 2:30 PM. There is no escalation in what Pelan has to say about Ning Su, all of her posts about Ning from get-go are basically calling Ning a dangerous terrorist operating light technology. It is possible that Ning is just an innocent person who had responded to an ad by Pelan's parents who sought to get a living assistant and caretaker for Pelan.
In a number of posts she has accused Ning Su of sexual assault in public with "sonic weapons" and a "thermography device". She also says that Ning is trying to frame her for being a pedophile.
Overall, this is pretty weird and I figured Kiwi would be interested, take a peek at their Facebook.
