Feedback People of Interest shouldn't be able to limit who can view their profile -

As a general rule, it would be cool if people of interest didn't have the privilege to restrict users from looking at their profile.

I understand preventing people from spamming julay, but there's normally no reason to stop others from seeing their profile history.
