People you care about who may have coronavirus -

  • Intermittent Denial of Service attack is causing downtime. Looks like a kiddie 5 min rental. Looking into some solutions.

Is there anyone in your life you're concerned may have the covid? Be they a significant other, elderly relatives? Or your parents? I'll go first. My parents are a major concern first and foremost but I also got a bro who's an emt and has to respond to possible cases of the virus every day.

Theres also a coworker who I saw just yesterday with his mouth covered and coughing. He may be a pain in the ass to work with and sometimes bosses me around a little too much, but damnit he's still one of my crew. And my crew are like family. I really hope its nothing serious and everyone I know will be fine, but what about you guys? Who are you most concerned with regarding Corona chan?

My mother thought she had symptoms of it, but it turned out to be a tension headache and possibly an elevated blood pressure.

It also doesn’t helps that she watches MSNBC and CNN – the same networks along with others that are still passing fear (and possibly paranoia) to people who watch it.

I hope the main strength trainer at my gym, the one with the 15/10 ass stays safe until they reopen.

The pictures and videos of her leading classes don't really do justice to its majesty, only basking in its spandex clad firmness irl wil satisfy me.

No camera can truly capture the bounce as she bolts for her office when I approach.

A relative in Vancouver thought he was showing symptoms last week but he thinks now that it may just have been anxiety.

I myself am feeling the combo effects of excessive anxiety (I get psychiatric treatment for anxiety disorders already but this is nothing like I've lived through before) and spring allergy season (I may get a brief reprieve from that from a cold snap Easter weekend through to next week), so every little headache, sniffle, and cough makes me half-believe I'm coming down with it even though the rational part of my mind says those are things I feel regularly this time of year (and headaches are a year-round thing for me). I don't think I've had a high fever since the flu I had in January, though.

My dad just got over a fever, but he's really out of breath and can't do much of anything but rest and cough up a storm. He's had a probable cold and another ailment that's made him drop weight quickly over the last two weeks or so which makes this confusing. His doctor has yet to report back to him on what might be happening, but I'm really scared.

I am a bit worried about John Derbyshire. He is immunocompromised (after his struggle with leukemia), older than 70, lives in New York, and recently got some sort of prolonged upper respiratory tract infection. I don't know him personally, but I will definitely miss his columns and podcasts when he's no longer around.

Do anything you can to help him, and for the love of god, don't give him anything with ibuprofen.

My mom works at a place we'll call Lol Foods and while her store is going above and beyond to keep everyone safe she still came home with something that she hopes is a cold. She thought her asthma was acting up and is hoping it isn't La Rona coming on. But her store is testing everyone's temperatures and she hasn't had a fever. She's super healthy also, so it wouldn't be devestating for her to have it but I still don't want that to happen! I'm worried about getting it myself not becasue I think I'd get hit hard (I'm also very healthy) but becasue I'm still volunteering on the weekends and I don't want to pass it to anyone there.

One of my oldest friends and both of her parents have it and they are, uh, not slim. But what I've heard is that they're recovering.

Heard my dad coughing this morning, plus he refuses to wear a mask outside. Frankly the guy fought in Iraq for like ten years and is retired now... But I think he couldn't care less wether he lives or dies at this point so long as he doesn't take the cowards way out. I asked if he wanted to see a doctorbit he just shook it off. I'm worried about him, I know we all gotta go someday but I just.... I can't bear the thought of losing my dad now
