In a perfect world, what job would you have?

You don't need to worry about money: college is cheap or tax funded, all jobs hypothetically pay a middle class wage or better, it's just what you want to do with your time, what you feel would be your best contribution to society. I'm not asking any of you to dox your current job or anything like that, I'm well aware many (possibly most) people probably fall into a career out of convenience or practicality. Even if you purposefully strive toward a position, your motivation might be something other than just raw self-actualization and satisfaction.

For me I feel like I'd like to be a criminologist or forensics technician of some kind. I think I'd like to analyze physical evidence or criminal psychology and do my part to make sure people are objectively identified as perpetrators of crimes.

Bartender\Barista.
Worked like that few years ago and i love this kind of job. I'm not interested in some science stuff, my first attempt at education showed me it's not for me, i don't have much ambitions, but i love to work with people and make beautiful drinks.
I even thought about opening my own bar\cafe, but i don't want to deal with criminals.

My current career is what I studied for, very happy with it, as I've wanted to do it since I was a kid. Only thing I would change are the hours and the commute time (currently 4 hours a day).

edit: Dream job though if salary was close to what I currently earn and hours were magically 30 or so hours a week would be working as a curator for festivals/the arts, but it doesn't pay that much and the hours are shocking at event time, like 80+ hours a week.

Have done it in the past full time, but now I just do volunteering around Europe on my annual leave over the summer for an easy way to get free travel/subsidised flights, accommodation and free entry to festivals like Glastonbury, Mad Cool, Rock am Ring, Latitude, EOTR and Euro art events that I would be going to anyway most likely.

I'd honestly love to be able to make a comfortable living running some sort of small auto and moto shop, focusing on customization and fabrication. Building race cars or something, restoring old motorcycles. I feel like it would be a very comfy existence to have breakfast, take my coffee out into the adjacent shop, have some regulars who come out to hang out or bring a project over so we can work on it.
